SESSION SIX

Ho!Ho!Ho! Check your stocking for three new tunes. For beginners, a great great tune from Reverend Gary Davis, "Keep Your Lamp Trimmed and Burning".  An old, classic banjo tune, "Cripple Creek", adapted for guitar for the intermediate tune, and for the advanced, a classic as well, an old time fiddle tune, "The Eighth Of January".

The Eighth of January is on Erics "Black Key Blues" CD, which I'm sure you all have in your collection! Of course you do, but maybe the people on your shopping list for the holidays need to hear Eric, too!
Get CDs from Eric, from the Different Strummer Music Store at the Old Town School of Folk Music, of through this site, by going HERE.  The gift of music keeps on giving the year round.
